Low-cost Spay and Neuter Program
All residents of Orange County, Florida can use the low-cost Spay and Neuter Clinic for their personal pets. Orange County residents with a Gold Medicaid card can have their personal pets spayed/neutered at no charge. (This changed when the ordinance was changed last year)
